Cooperative Values

We have a clear mission to educate, inspire and empower young people to be the next generation of leaders. We are dedicated to promoting the emotional, physical and social well-being of our diverse and multi-cultural population and aspire to be a centre of excellence for the education of young people.

The co-operative values of co-operation, self reliance, team work and ethical approaches to business have informed our school values. These values and principles will underpin the work of the Trust and we believe will contribute to strengthening the school and its links with the local community.

Each half term focuses on one particular value:

  5. Half Term 5 – Democracy
We give our members a say in the way we run our businesses
  6. Half Term 6 – Equity
